Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at cocurateadmin@gmail.com. We will provide return instructions specific to your order. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sale items will be clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. You may also cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. To exercise this right, contact us at cocurateadmin@gmail.com. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Final Sale items are excluded from this right of withdrawal.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at cocurateadmin@gmail.com.
